         High Hopes “Excelling” Youth Enterprises, Inc. is not a for profit youth and family outreach agency founded to provide an educational delivery system utilizing a holistic, preventive approach focusing on school-aged youth and parents to address conditions attributing to the high drop out rate, violence, substance abuse among served populations. 

       The system encourages parents as partners in the educational process with the support and collaboration of a diverse array of community resources. The program promotes a healthy competitive spirit and provides strategies to promote a positive self-esteem and level of self-efficacy to enhance their lives and the lives of their families.
